Returns & Exchanges

At Motherlove, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all fashion tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
